Employers

Bespoke Solutions
Individually tailored career transition programmes for middle to senior management across all sectors and managerial disciplines. This encompasses full outplacement assistance and ‘whole of career’ support.

Individual Partial Solutions
Where the Employer believes that the outplaced employee will gain the most benefit in certain areas, but does not need for the full service. This may be anything from CV preparation, advice, interviews, networking techniques, but, as is the Forbes methodology, it will be completely focussed.

‘Kick Start’ Programmes
Individually designed short outplacement courses to train the key elements of the job search process. This can be undertaken on an in-house basis or at selected UK venues. A very cost effective way of giving employees the best chance of success.

Day Programmes
A one day course on the principles and key constituent parts of the job search programme. It cannot take the place of detailed elements, but is either a refresher or an action to inspire employees to begin the process.


Candidates

Sometimes a full, tailored outplacement programme is not the best solution. The need may be for partial assistance – career counselling, preparation of a CV or interview training.

We recognise that no two people are the same and, as such, have a range of programmes or partial solutions.

Career Counselling and Mentoring
One to one discussions with a senior qualified HR professional covering areas of planning, change of direction, self employment, consulting interim etc. On occasions this may just be a discussion on progressing within your employer, but you may be assured that the discussions will be focussed objective ‘directionalised’ and completely confidential.

Interview Training
Whilst it is good practice to offer feedback at interviews, too few employers are willing to offer honest answers and advice.
We provide a range of interview ‘experiences’ from limited general ‘broad brush’ style to intensive board level style. We can also provide feedback and where appropriate work with the prospective employer to seek further feedback.

CV Preparation
Sometimes, you’re just too close to the document and it may need a comprehensive review, to reflect today’s style of CV. We will guide, assist compile and present a CV which, whilst not guaranteeing to get you the job, will certainly make the right impact and impression.
